Emily Peric is the founder of Blue Haven Interiors, a design studio focused on creating spaces that feel as good as they look. With a background in interior design and architectural lighting, she brings both a creative and technical understanding to every project, balancing aesthetic vision with real-world functionality.
From a young age, Emily was drawn to design through art, painting, and constant trips to Joann’s for her next project. At the same time, she grew up around construction sites and renovation projects, influenced by her dad, a glazier. This gave her an early understanding not only of the beauty of a space, but of how it is actually built, the systems behind it, and the people it takes to bring it to life.
What began as a passion for design has grown into a business rooted in helping builders, investors, and homeowners bring their projects to life with clarity and intention. Emily specializes in spec homes, investment properties, and full-home designs, offering a streamlined, hands-off experience for clients who value thoughtful direction and efficient decision-making.
Her work is known for its calm, layered approach, combining natural materials, intentional layouts, and a refined simplicity that feels both elevated and livable. She designs with a strong awareness of how a space functions and flows, while also pulling inspiration from the surrounding environment to create a deeper sense of connection within the home.
Emily’s ability to bridge the gap between design and construction allows her to collaborate seamlessly with builders and trades, helping prevent costly mistakes while keeping projects moving forward with ease. She also helps clients clearly visualize the end result, making decisions feel more confident and straightforward throughout the process.
At the core of her work is a focus on feeling. Each space is designed to be lived in, returned to, and remembered long after you’ve left.
